Samsung hope to deliver the KO punch to Apple with trucks of 5-cents domination to pay the $1B

Many of us wake up this morning reading the news that Samsung has sent 30 truckloads of 5-cents coin to Apple as part of its $1B payment that it has to pay to Apple. This whole mega-episode is getting hilarious.

Yes, news were rippling fast across the Internet that Samsung has decided to pay Apple the $1B penalty that SF court has imposed as penalty to Samsung for flagrantly infringing on Apple's design patents. The Samsung executives might have thought that enough is enough and they hope to put an end to this whole legal drama quickly. So, they have just decided to pay Apple. But... there is a catch there. Samsung wants to pay Apple in a really 'creative' way. It has decided to send 30 trucks full of all 5-cents coin to Apple.

If you believe that this story is true, you are not alone. Many people are tricked into believing this. This turns out to be a hoax. A funny one indeed.

With the recent verdict in Apple's favour, both camps have been quick to take actions. Samsung has filed a request for injunction ban against its Galaxy Tablet to be lifted with immediate effect since the 10.1 tablet is not in one of the devices that are found to have violated Apple's patents. In return, Samsung has demanded that Apple pay for all the sales loss that result from the injunction. The hearing is set to take place on September 20, just 1 day before the highly speculated launch of iPhone 5.

Similarly, Apple is fast in capitalizing its victory. It has filed suits to ban Samsung's devices that have been found to be in patent violation. The hearing is scheduled for early December this year.

Will there be more drama to unfold? There are certainly going to be many twist and turns around this mega showdown. Stay tuned! For more of stories related to iphone 5 rumours, go to http://iphone-5-rumors.webs.com/
